AT&T has goodies for you, almost as good as Easter Eggs, perhaps even better, since they can text, browse the web and whatnot. I’m talking about 4 new devices, that will reach the carrier’s portofolio pretty soon: LG Xenon, LG Neon, Samsung Magnet and Samsung Impression.
Samsung Magnet should reach the pockets of youngsters looking for texting capabilities and a cheap device, but we don’t know the handset’s pricing for now. We do know that Magnet will be available in the following weeks and next up there’s Impression, also known as Samsung a877, an US premiere: the first handset launched through an American carrier, sporting a full AMOLED display.
Impression features a 3.2 inch organic touchscreen display, a 3 megapixel camera, a full HTML browser and there’s even a launch date for this beauty, April 7 and a price tag, $199.99, on contract, after rebate. Moving on to the LG side, there’s Neon, already available on Rogers and featuring a full landscape QWERTY keyboard, a touchscreen display and lacking 3G data.
No launch date yet for Neon, as for Xenon, this is a long-rumoured handset, with 3G support, a 2 megapixel camera, a sliding QWERTY keyboard, GPS and a $99.99 price tag, plus an April 8 launch date.
