Remember Meizu? They’re the ones who made one of the first iPhone clone, the Meizu M8 and they also recently announced a tablet. Now, they’ve just confirmed that they’re working on a M8 follow-up, that runs Android 2.1. The device is named Meizu M9 and it gets pictured in the render below.

The handset was confirmed by Meizu’s CEO and it seems that it’ll be available with a customized version of Android OS. No info on its specs, but we know that the phone will use 3 different types of virtual keyboards. Also, we should mention that the Android 2.1 firmware will be released for the Meizu M8, in order to test it for the new device.
