Remember the mysterious phone made by Huawei that had some apparitions in May? Well, that metallic model that totally replicates the HTC One design is back and it’s shown in a series of hands on shots below.

This model has narrow screen bezels and the name Huawei Ascend D3 has been associated with this product once or twice. The newcomer is expected to come in September, with high end specs and a brand new Huawei made processor. There’s a hole below the camera at the back, leading rumor mongers to speak about a potential fingerprint scanner or maybe an autofocus laser assist, like the LG G3.

I see that in spite of the huge HTC One resemblance, this model places its speaker at the back, not the front. The camera hole is pretty large here, so I expect a powerful camera, with a large lens and a top notch sensor. I guess it’s not flattering for Huawei to know that people are going to confuse their product with the HTC One Max when seen from the back… What do you think?
