Recently, according to a new leakster from Twitter named Leakster.Inc, it seems that the indian producer Micromax it’s developing their first Windows Phone 8 device that will run the WP 8.1 update. The phone will offer some high-end features but it will also come with a affordable price on the market.
This Micromax WP smartphone will come with a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor, 2 GB of RAM, 16 GB of storage, a microSD card slot up to 64 GB and a 5-inch Full HD display. Rest of the specs include a 13-megapixel main camera with autofocus and LED flash, a 5-megapixel front facing camera and a 2600 mAh battery.
It’s expected that Micromax to release on the market their first Windows Phone device in this summer, more precisely in July at a $422 pricetag. As you can see in the press render above, the phone backcover looks a lot like the design used by HTC on their One smartphones.
