Motorola just introduced a low end handset on the US market, although what they really needed to bring out is a new miracle phone. A great handset to earn them back the leading place on this market is unlikely to come out right now, leaving MOTO VE240 as their only offer.

The specifications are some of the lowest possible, as the device has a 1.5 inch CSTN display with 128 x 128 pixels and 65K colors and some bulky sizes of 112 x 47 x 14.5 mm. The design is extremely old fashioned and dull, with nothing special.

MOTO VE240 has no camera, but the included MP3 player brings reasons for good use of the MicroSD and SDHC card support of up to 4Gb. Aside these features, we also have USB and Bluetooth connectivity, but, then again, which phone doesn’t?

The atu of this mobile phone is the price of USD 90 after a USD 30 instant rebate. MOTO VE240 will be available soon at Cricket Communication and MetroPCS.
