Remember Motorola Aura, the luxury phone supposed to rock the market at Christmas time? Well, it’s been cloned in China and the resulting device bears the name of Wingtech D20. Basically, this phone downgrades Aura and throws in some plastic materials in order to create a very cheap-feeling low-end device.
Wingtech D20’s specs are disappointing to say the least, as the phone features a 1.5 inch TFT 128 x 128 pixel LCD, MP3/MP4 player, USB and a battery that lasts about 4 hours (talk time) or 120 hours (standby). The switchblade-style design of Motorola Aura is exactly the same, but everything is plasticky and cheap.
The device supports dual-band GSM networks, GPRS Class 10, multi-language and I’m guessing that if you buy a genuine Aura it’ll worth ten times more than this handset.
