Tomorrow is the big launch day for the Droid RAZR, a resurrection of the Motorola RAZR series that we have been waiting for a long time. The handset also has a teaser site that unveiled the image below as a teaser to the debut from tomorrow.

Coinciding with the release date of Android Ice Cream Sandwich, this launch makes me think that the Droid RAZR is also an Android 4.0 device. What we know right now is that the smartphone will be incredibly thin, more powerful than the iPhone 4S and it will support LTE connectivity. Also, the product will be sold by Verizon and from the looks of it, the design will be similar to the one of the Galaxy S II, at least in the camera area.

The question here is exactly how thin this model will be: 7mm or 8mm? There’s already a NEC phone or two out there with 7mm thickness, so maybe Motorola can do even better. The rest of the specs should be pretty predictable: 4.3 inch display, 8MP camera, dual core 1.2GHz CPU and 8/16GB of storage. Are you excited about the launch of the new Droid tomorrow?
