Verizon’s Motorola Droid is one of the most talked about handsets lately and the first to come with the Android 2.0 OS. We recently learned that the GSM version of the device is also ready and it’ll be hitting O2 Germany soon, as Motorola Milestone.

Moto Droid aka Milestone will arrive on November 9th in Germany, as shown by documents on the O2 Germany site. For now, the info confirms that the phone is meant for business customers, but it’ll be available for regular users, too, don’t worry. As far as pricing is concerned, the handset is listed with a $595 price tag, probably a contract-free cost.

We don’t know yet if Milestone will be exclusive to O2 or not and we’re looking forward for some info regarding the launch of the handset in the rest of the European countries.
