MTC is a pretty important Russian carrier, with millions of customers and it’s strange that barely now they’ve launched the first touchscreen handset, known as MTC Touch 540. This is a compact device, as shown in the image below and it comes with a plastic case and pretty low end specs.
Available in three color versions (black, white and pink), the phone uses personalized desktop settings and comes with Java games.
