Russian carrier Beeline unveiled in Russia the Marshall London music phone, made by the same company famous for its amps and acoustics-related products. The handset is being offered exclusively by Beeline in the country for $509.
Marshall London packs dual speakers and also dual audio jacks, including one audio in, that lets you record your guitar shreds on the handset, using specialized software. A HiFi audio system is included, as well as gold plated contacts and a special volume scroll wheel, that feels very punk-rock. Obviously the music players on this device can support anything from MP3 and MP4 to FLAC and AAC.
The smartphone has a matte surface that mimics the texture of leather and it also feels like the material that adorns Marshall amps. The specs are pretty modest and include a 4.7 inch 720p display, a 2500 mAh battery, 16 GB of storage and a quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 CPU, plus 2 GB of RAM.
