HTC Flyer just got showcased in front of our guy in Barcelona, also reporting for Tablet News and Mobilissimo. The device is very light and thin, as you’ll see in the clip and it’ll cause the iPad some serious competition, especially if it manages to fix that virtual keyboard, that only works in portrait mode.

This is a 7 inch slate with a unibody design (like the best HTC products) and you’ll find a 5MP camera at the back. As you can see, the product is bundled with a stylus, that will allow you to highlight words and sentences while going through an e-book. You can also take notes on a picture or draw with the stylus.

We’ve been informed that this is very first tablet with Android 2.4 and the first tablet with HTC Sense, for that matter. Worry not, as Android 3.0 Honeycomb will be coming to this gizmo ASAP. The feeling of the product is solid, as well as the build and in case you’re wondering, there’s a 1.5GHz CPU under the hood running the show, as well as 1GB RAM and 32GB of storage.
