Our editor (and the one of sister site Mobilissimo.ro) Zsolt Tamassy is at again in Barcelona, at MWC as he arrives at the Sony Ericsson booth and has some fun with the Xperia Neo. This Sony Ericsson device was announced at Mobile World Congress, together with two other Xperia models, the Xperia Play and the Xperia Pro.

In this clip the focus is the gallery, camera and interface of the handset. In spite of using Android 2.3 Gingerbread, the phone also has a software layer on top of it, customized by Sony Ericsson. At the back of the phone there’s an 8MP camera, with autofocus, LED flash, geotagging and support for 720p 30 fps capture.

The brilliant and glossy display you can see here is a 3.7 inch screen (LCD) with a 480 x 854 pixel resolution and a scratch resistant layer. The screen uses Sony Mobile Bravia Engine technology and under the beautiful glossy case of the smartphone we find a 1GHz Qualcomm CPU. More info coming soon!
