We’ve been hearing about a premium non Galaxy S Samsung smartphone for a while now, one with a metal case and today we spot this device in a few leaked pictures. The device is expected to be part of the Galaxy F series and its specs are shown below.

Apparently, this model was encased in a special cover case that hides its features from the world, so it wouldn’t be spotted. This device is expected to pack a QHD (1440 x 2560) pixel display with a 5.2 inch diagonal and a 2.5 GHz Snapdragon 805 CPU. 3 GB of RAM and a 16 MP camera with OIS are also expected here.

A Samsung handset with similar specs appeared on various benchmarking sites over the past days, including GFXBench. It’s also interesting to note that the interface language here is Vietnamese and we know that Samsung has a factory in Vietnam, so it’s all pretty legit. The interesting bit is that there’s a speaker at the bottom of the case, like on the Note 3, so this may actually be the Note 4 in an early leak.
