Meitu is a Chinese phone brand, not to be confused with Meizu and if I remember correctly, they became famous for including huge back cameras on their devices and front cameras with huge resolutions. And today a new model pops up.
The yet unnamed device has been certified by TENAA and teased so far. It’s going to feature the typical Meitu sharper top side design, as well as an octa core 2 GHz processor, 3 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage, plus a 5 inch Full HD Screen, a 2900 mAh battery and a 21 megapixel back camera. The facade features an iPhone-style Home button, possibly with a fingerprint scanner, while the back features two flashes, flanking the main camera.
Screen bezels seem small and we also get a pink accent around the edges and frame, plus a pink ring around the camera. Expect the front camera to have a 12+ MP resolution or even higher, a tradition for Meitu. The price should be around $600, if the last Meitu model is any indication.
