Let the flood of renders begin! The Samsung Galaxy S4 has been rumored for a while now and we’ve seen various renders of the device, plus specs and supposed launch dates. Now we get a new render of Samsung’s future flagship, the Galaxy S4. This version of the handset seems to use a lot of metal in its design.
We’re dealing with an Android 4.2 device with TouchWiz UI, a 5 inch 1080p Super AMOLED+ display and a 2 GHz Exynos 5450 quad core processor, plus 2 GB of DDR3 RAM. There’s also an ARM Mali T658 GPU, a 13 megapixel rear camera and a 2 megapixel front camera. We’ve also got a Li-Ion 3100 mAh battery, 16/32/64 GB storage options, a removable SD card slot, Gorilla Glass 3 protection and 4G LTE connectivity.
The interesting bit is that we also get a dedicated camera button, Bluetooth 5.0 and front facing speakers. We’re expecting a brand new version of TouchWiz here, to be honest and last I heard, the handset was supposed to offer us the dual quad core setup known as the Exynos 5 Octa. The 13 MP camera makes sense, seeing how all modern Android devices have one. It’s also interesting that we’ve got front speakers here and no Home button….
