The folks of gadgetlove set up a GIF showing all the designs of Nexus handsets launched till now. Those include the Nexus One, Nexus S, Galaxy Nexus, Nexus 4 and Nexus 5, as shown below.
Nexus 5 has been the most leaked of all Nexus phones and it was revealed a couple of days ago, without a special event, but with a lot of leaks and details appearing ahead of time. As shown by this GIF, things have evolved a lot over the past years and for one thing, the physical front buttons were gone starting with the Galaxy Nexus, being replaced by virtual buttons.
By the way, the design template hasn’t changed dramatically since Galaxy Nexus, only the diagonal has grown a bit and the devices have become less rounded. One thing all the Nexus phones have in common is the fact that the upper and lower part are pretty rounded on all 5 models. As time passed the screen bezels have been getting smaller and smaller.
