Nokia’s first touchscreen music phone has received quite a few (p)reviews till now, but never one too many, as allaboutsymbian took a new approach towards this device. They tested its video capture and camera ability and came up with pretty interesting results. Turns out that the music phone’s camera shoots 640 x 352 video at 30 fps and the result is a decent quality video. This is a premiere actually, as there’s not one single S60 phone that offers widescreen video recording, so Nokia have pulled yet another rabbit from the hat.

Widescreen is certainly the future, as you might have noticed that YouTube have adopted the format, so the Finns have hit the spot with Nokia 5800 XpressMusic’s camera. Photos are stunning too, but the size of the sensor affects their quality, specially in dim light… nobody’s perfect!
