We’ve been hearing about that Nokia C Series Android phone for a while now, but today we scored a good view at a concept Nokia handset, with Android in tow. Dubbed Nokia C9, this is merely a render and fantasy of a Nokia fan.
The device has a metal body and feels a bit like the LG Nexus 5X mixed with a Meizu model maybe. We remind you that Nokia is bound by contract to Microsoft till Q4 this year and then they’ll be allowed to make hardware under the Nokia name again. The Nokia C9 concept shown here looks really convincing and for the proper price, rumored to be in the range of $460, it would be a hit.
Previous leaks and speculations mentioned a flagship, theoretically also called Nokia C9 with a Snapdragon 820 CPU, 32, 64 or 128 GB of storage, a 21 MP back camera and an 8 MP front shooter. There’s also Android 7.0 in the mix, but we could also get a Windows 10 Mobile. The dotted back texture is interesting, but the idea of a having a button at the back to remove the shell feels old.
