Fresh after the announcement of the E63 and the close look to Nokia’s 2009 roadmap (Eitri and all), we’ve got a hot piece of mobile gadgetry to look at. It’s a Nokia half QWERTY phone that’s codenamed “Wahoo” and it seems to have “borrowed” BlackBerry Pearl Flip 8220’s keypad.

The handset features quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE and dual-band UMTS/HSDPA (850/1900 MHz) connectivity support, an internal display (2.2 inches, 240 x 320, TFT, 16M) and an external display (1.36 inches, 128 x 160, TFT, 262k). Also on the specs list of Nokia Wahoo we find a 2 megapixel camera, Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP, a 2.5 mm headset jack and a battery that lasts about 4 fours in UMTS talk mode.

Boy Genius Report’s sources have confirmed an AT&T release of the device and if you want more details on its features hit the link below for extra info.
