This year, at the CES technology show, Polaroid arrived with a couple of new smartphones that look a lot with the Oppo N1 in terms of design, the phones packing a similar case and the rotating camera module. These devices are named Polaroid Selfie, Snap and Flip.
Today, through a French publication we get to know that the brand in case gets ready for the launch of new devices during the Mobile World Congress show in Barcelona. Among them we have in the first place the Omega 5-inch phone and the Polaroid Phantom, a 5.5-inch phablet with mid-range specs.
Even if the full specs are not available, it seems that both these devices will arrive in the package with an octa-core processor clocked at 1.4 GHz, 1 GB of RAM memory, 8 GB space of internal storage, a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, a 8-megapixel front-facing sensor for selfie captures and dual-SIM support.
Once with these smartphones, we’re also be getting the Thunder and Cosmos phones, devices that will bring the same cameras. While Cosmos will be a high-end device, Polaroid Thunder will be just a low-end one with a 5-inch panel, a quad-core CPU, 512 MB of RAM, and 4 GB space of internal storage.
