The famous OnePlus One is ready to come to India and it appears its price tag will be appealing. We’re talking about a sub $405 price for the 64 GB unit. OnePlus had previously stated it intends to sell the device in the country with an invite-only system and now it has detailed the pricing info, too.
Seeing how most flagships nowadays cost from $600 upwards, I’d say $400 or so is not bad at all. The problem is that there are never enough units for all the people who want the OnePlus One, but the company assured there will be enough for the Indian market. The company is said to be launching the phone in India in December and it’s also searching for local partners to make availability easier and more convenient.
Even with the current status of the mobile market, with 4 mm handsets appearing and Quad HD devices out there, the OnePlus One is still appealing. It comes with a 5.5 inch display with 1080p resolution, a quad core 2.5 GHz processor (Snapdragon 801), 3 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage. There’s a 3100 mAh battery inside, a 13 megapixel back shooter as well and a 5 megapixel front camera. As far as the software goes, CyanogenMod CM11s is available here.
