Oppo is preparing yet another affordable phone, the Oppo R833T model, pictured below. This brand new device packs a 4.3 inch IPS display and it follows a higher end Oppo N1 unit, with rotating camera.
The Oppo R833T is supposed to cost about $160 and it comes with a design that reminds us of the Oppo R815T, with soft curves and a nice case texture. It’s also pretty slim and seems to provide comfortable grip. The body has a white pearl coat of paint, that’s very stylish. As far as specs go, the handset is based on a 4.3 inch IPS screen with a WVGA resolution.
There’s a 1.3 GHz quad core processor on board, 1 GB of RAM and 4 GB of ROM. We also get dual cameras and a custom version of Android, dubbed Color OS 1.0. Other features and apps here are a free weather app and apparently some gesture-based features. We’ve got a guest mode included here and I have to say that the new custom Oppo OS looks nice.
