Pharos 565 is the latest PDA made by the famous company Pharos, but what you don’t know is that this model is a rugged one, running Windows Mobile 6.5. The device complies with IP54 standards, making it a very resilient product, able to survive drops of up to five feet.
The Pharos PDA comes with a full QWERTY keyboard, the Office Mobile Suite, a GPS, a 3.5 inch TFT touchscreen display (240 x 320 pixels) and WiFi. There’s also an integrated mic on board, a speaker and a Marvell PXA310 CPU, operating at 624 MHz. As far as memory is concerned, you get 512MB Flash ROM and 256MB SDRAM.
The rugged WM 6.5 handset will retail for $529.95 and it’ll also use a Li-ion battery, a microSD card slot and an AC adapter.
