For March 17th we have in program another big evenet to watch, more precisely the press conference where Oppo will unveil their latest smartphones called R9 and R9 Plus. These phones just received their TENAA certification, and this means that the sales could start pretty soon after the official announcement.

In the meantime, while browsing through some Chinese websites we found a pretty interesting banner for the upcoming phones. As you can see above, both the Oppo R9 and R9 Plus are accompanied by a price tag, so an opportunity to know earlier how much these high-end products will cost. Well, it seems that the 5.5-inch Oppo R9 will be priced at $383, phone with 64 GB of internal storage and 4 GB of RAM.

If you’re more into big phablets such as the 6-inch Oppo R9 Plus, then you should know that the 64 GB variant with 4 GB RAM will be priced at $460. At the same time, there’s another variant with 128 GB space of internal storage, one that will cost you $506.

As for the specs, we’ll get AMOLED panels here, an octa-core Helio X10 processor for Oppo R9, and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 CPU for the 6 inch phone. Both of these devices will bring the VOOC Quick Charging technology , 16 megapixel rear camera for R9 Plus and a 13-megapixel sensor on Oppo R9. Also, a 4-megapixel front-facing sensor will be found on both phones, sensor able to provide 16 megapixel pictures thanks to an interesting technology.
