Huawei Honor 2, the most powerful device from Huawei right now is truly a model to get excited about, since it has a powerful CPU. This smartphone developed in China was recently leaked in a bunch of screenshots and benchmarks, that may interest you.

The Honor 2 uses a quad core CPU clocked at 1.4 GHz, one made in house by the Chinese company. The idea of an in house processor is to create a more stable experience and really draw out all the power from the chipset. Sadly, the Ascend D Quad from Huawei had a CPU of their own and didn’t perform very well. However, the Honor 2 scores 15k points in AnTuTu, a performance that puts it on par with the likes of the Samsung Galaxy S III and LG Optimus G.

The device comes with 1 GB of RAM, an 8 megapixel camera, Android 4.0.4, a screen resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels and a front 1.3 megapixel shooter. Huawei Honor 2 relies on a 4.5 inch display with the above mentioned resolution and it’s said to support 1080p video playback. The product is up for sale now in China and it’s priced at $379.89, which is pretty affordable, if you think about how much quad core phones cost these days.
