Even if we’re used to see just candy-bar phones from Rice, it seems that this time the Chinese company is working on a flip-phone. We’re talking about the SN-W2015, device that was recently certified by TENAA, and thereby we get to see how it looks like, and also to know what specs brings in the package.
Rice SN-W2015 arrives with two TFT panels measuring 3.97 inch and offering a 800 x 480 pixels resolution, a quad-core processor clocked at 1.4 GHz, a 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies.
This phone comes with 4G LTE connectivity, Bluetooth 4.0, a microUSB v2.0 port and Android 4.4.4 KitKat as default operating system. From the information revealed by TENAA, it looks like this flip-phone will pack 8 GB of RAM, but this might be just an error, and just 2 GB of RAM to be actually available.
From the dimensions point of view. Rice SN-W2015 will weight around 190 grams and it will measure 121.4 mm in length, 63.2 mm in width and 18.3 mm in thickness. As you might presume, this upcoming Rice device will be available just on the Asian market, region where the flip-phones are still very popular among users.
