Welcome to 2005 folks! This is what the handsets looked liked 7 years ago, like the new model shown below. Listed on Samsung India’s online store, this newcomer is the Samsung Champ Neo Duos. As the name says, this is a dual SIM handset with a touchscreen display and stylus.

Samsung Champ Neo Duos is actually codenamed GT-C3262 and comes with a 2.4 inch touchscreen and stylus support. The stylus can be flushed at the back when not in use. The screen on board is a QVGA TFT LCD and we also get dual SIM 2G support with hot swap abilities. The hot swapping doesn’t require rebooting, which is pretty cool. There’s also a VGA camera, social networking via Twitter, Facebook and ChatON and Bluetooth on the specs list.

Inside there’s a 1000 mAh battery, with a promised talk time of 14 hours. The phone will be available in India at least, for the equivalent of $61.
