Verizon Wireless already has a second 4G LTE smartphone in its portofolio, the Samsung Droid Charge, but $300 is a bit too much, even for a device of this quality. However, this model can be found with a $199 price tag at Amazon, fitting perfectly both deep pockets and lighter ones.

The smartphone comes with a 1GHz CPU, a great Super AMOLED Plus display, an 8MP camera and 4G LTE support as the main appeal. The other 4G smartphone in Verizon’s offer is HTC Thunderbolt, but the Droid Charge has the upper hand, due to improved battery life and slimmer design. Also, the Super AMOLED Plus display is always a welcome addition.

Amazon’s offer is on a limited time basis, so hurry and get it!
