Among the upcoming products prepared by Samsung, we also have the Galaxy A8, a phablet that manages to measure just 5.9 mm in thickness, size that makes it the slimmest phone in the company’s portfolio. Today, through a source from Malaysia we get to know some of the specs of this new model, and also its price tag.
As you can see from the picture above, Samsung Galaxy A8 will bring a 5.7 inch Super AMOLED display with Full HD resolution, an octa-core processor clocked at 1.8 GHz (probably a Qualcomm Snapdragon 615), 2 GB of RAM memory and 32 GB space of internal storage + microSD card slot up to 128 GB.
This device will pack a 3.050 mAh battery, a 16-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 5-megapixel front-facing sensor for selfies. Galaxy A8 will run Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system with Samsung’s custom interface called TouchWiz.
According to this promo magazine, Samsung Galaxy A8 will be available on the market for a $500 price tag. Taking all these leaks in consideration, we expect that the phone launch to follow pretty soon.
