During an official event taking place in Barcelona yesterday at MWC 2011, Samsung announced its very hot Galaxy S II smartphone. Successor to the first Galaxy, that sold 10 million units, this new handset upgrades every specification and becomes a product that rivals will fear. The model name is GT-I9100 and you can learn more about the smartphone below.
We’re dealing with an Android 2.3 Gingerbread phone, the thinnest there is, with a 8.49mm waistline, making the 8.7mm Xperia Arc look thick. This dual core phone uses a Super AMOLED Plus display, a dual core CPU and divides the entertainment features into 4 Hubs: Social Hub Premium (phone calls. IM, social networking, mail, texts), Reader’s Hub (books and magazine collections), Game Hub (gaming experience) and finally the Music Hub (12 million tunes are available and a music player).
