Samsung Galaxy S5 Dual SIM was launched this week and today we actually get to see this device, in a fresh batch of pictures and the video below. These hands on shots reveal that the model is pretty much identical to the OG Galaxy S5, apart from the extra SIM slot.
As you can see, one of the micro SIM slots is a 4G LTE one and the other is only meant for 2G. This model features 16 GB of storage, 2 GB of RAM and a 2.5 GHz quad core processor (Snapdragon 801). The source link we have below shockingly mentions that the device doesn’t have Google Play Store preinstalled, which I find to be strange, unless it’s a translation error. I saw the hands on video below, but there was no trace of the Store.
There’s still a heart rate sensor at the back, a lid on the microUSB 3.0 port to protect it from water and the microSD card slot is placed above the battery inside. I supposed we still get a fingerprint scanner in the Home button area. There’s a 5.1 inch Super AMOLED Full HD screen, a 16 MP camera with LED flash and a 2800 mAh battery.
