In terms of specs we’re looking at a phone that comes with a 5.1 inch Super AMOLED display with Quad HD resolution (577 ppi), an octa-core Exynos 7420 processor on 64-bit, 32 GB space of internal storage, and a 3.500 mAh battery. We’re getting the same 3 GB RAM memory chip as the one found on the standard model.

We have a 16-megapixel rear camera, and also a 5-megapixel front-facing sensor. Samsung Galaxy S6 Active comes with IP68 waterproof certification (up to 1 meter), but also dust and shock proof. We notice a rugged case that will be available in three different color variations: white, blue and gray.

However, the best improvement is the 3.500 mAh battery, that compared to the original S6 that brought a 2.550 mAh battery. For the moment the price tag is unknown.
