Only a bit over 2 weeks is left till Samsung finally announces the Galaxy S6 and its dual curved edge relative, the S6 Edge. Till then today a new piece of the puzzle has dropped, as both models have had their codenames listed on Samsung’s website.
They got their own support pages, as shown in the screenshots from this article. For now Samsung Finland and Samsung Sweden have added the pages and the newcomers are dubbed Galaxy S6 SM G920X and Galaxy S6 Edge SM G925X respectively. The European versions of the handsets we’re expecting are actually SM G920F and SM G925F, both missing at the time.
Of course, this is not exactly 100% confirmation the devices will exist, it’s still a solid hint. We remind you that the invitation to Samsung’s event on March 1st features a device with a curved waistline, or so it would appear from the image included. The Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge are said to have similar specs, including a next gen Exynos CPU, 3 GB of RAM and Super AMOLED Quad HD screens, one with curved edges and one without.
