Turns out that they’re replacing the Galaxy Tab Romanian version “Porn” button with a “Sex” button… just kidding. However, Samsung will replace the strangely named item (“Porn” is short for the Romanian word “Pornire”, meaning “Start”) with a new button dubbed “Acasa”, Romanian for “Home”. Too bad, since the original feature generated quite a lot of hype on the interwebs, being mentioned by Gizmodo, Slashgear and Devicemag, for example.
How cool would it have been to ask someone to lend you the tablet just to see what the “Porn” button does? Well, the Galaxy Tab with this strange feature was only available in Romania, but who know what other “lost in translation” issues we’ll see all over the globe…
