The device is said to be named the Samsung Galaxy Note Neo and could be unveiled at the time or close to the date when the Galaxy S IV is to be announced, this month on the 14th. The sources state that the device might also be available in a single-SIM variant and packs a 3-inch QVGA display and 2 mega-pixel camera.
