Samsung sent invitations last week for a big Unpacked event on the 24th this month and now it proceeds to further teases, that make us think of the Galaxy S5. They published a picture showing the new TouchWiz icons with the figure 5 attached to them.
We can see a more flattened UI here and a redesigned TouchWiz, that’s not exactly in line with the leaks from about a month ago, with that sci fi looking interface, based on nuances of blue. Among the features hinted to be present on the Galaxy S5 we find Curiosity, that may just be augmented reality, Outdoor and Fitness, that may tie in with traveling and S Health and Privacy, that may mean a new Knox is here.
There’s also Fun, basically games and Social and Style, that are customization and social networking. I’ve also heard that the S Voice companion has been greatly improved, although if it’s 60% of the Google Now I’d be happy with that. We’ll just have to wait 13 days and see what happens…
