Samsung TouchWiz phones will be coming to the US as well in the near future, after they have been available in Asia and Europe. The handsets will be using the TouchWiz interface, which should turn out as a nice change and add diversity to the market.
Now that most high end mobile phones are touch screen enabled and have very similar design, a new interface sounds like a perfect change in the telecom scenery. Right now, we have the iPhone, Samsung, G1 and phones using Windows Mobile, all making a great diversity of interfaces to choose from.
The TouchWiz Samsung phones will be available in the US towards the end of this year. There are rumors concerning the phones that will come equipped with this software, but nothing is sure yet, so we will just have to wait and see.
