As it seems, the innovation comes from Japan too, and not only from Chinese producers. Yesterday, Sharp announced new amazing AQUOS devices that are looking extremely attractive. Among them we also find the AQUOS Crystal, a 5-inch smartphone that will arrive in US through Sprint for just $239 without contract.
Taking a first look on this device, we notice from start that Sharp did a great job with the design of this phone, the public reaction being one of amazement when seeing the 3-sided edge-to-edge display, a panel that not only looks amazing, but that also makes the phone to have personality.
Even if we don’t get high-end specs, this phone looking more like a mid-range one, the specs seem to not count when we see how it looks – amazing. Among its specs we find a 5-inch HD display (1.280 x 720 pixels), a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor clocked at 1.2 GHz, 1.5 GB of RAM, 8 GB space of storage, a 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 1.2-megapixel front-facing camera.
Also, we get a 2.040 mAh battery, Harman Kardon sound technology and Android 4.4.2 KitKat operating system. If you’re still trying to find where the earpiece is, you must stop looking. Regarding this must-have feature, Sharp decided to use a direct wave receiver that will send voice signal as vibrations through the screen. Is Sharp AQUOS Crystal amazing, or what?
