Last week we had a lot of new smartphone announced by the KDDI mobile operator in Japan. Among them it was also the Sharp Aquos Serie Mini SHV31, the compact variant of Aquos Crystal, device that brough one of the slimmest bezels out there. Today, we get to know that its Mini version will be available in Japan starting this week, more precisely on January 29th.

Sharp Aquos Serie Mini SHV31 brings a 4.5-inch Full HD IGZO display (1.920 x 1.080 pixels), a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor clocked at 2.3 GHz, 2 GB of RAM memory, 16 GB space of internal storage, a 2.120 mAh battery and a 13-megapixel rear camera.

This rear camera comes with a CMOS sensor that offers a f/1.9 aperture, and it can record videos at 4K resolution (3.840 x 2.160 pixels). We also get Android 4.4 KitKat operating system, VoLTE support and a case that measures only 6.3 mm in thickness.
