We’ve seen the supposed dual core phone Xperia Duo in a blurry shot a while ago, but now it’s time to leave the blur aside and take a glance at a press shot. The image below is a supposed press photo leaked on the interwebs and it shows the Sony Ericsson Xperia Duo.
According to rumors, the Xperia Duo will use a dual core Cortex A9 CPU @ 1.4GHz, that would even beat the Samsung Galaxy s II in the performance section. Other speculations claim that this dual core Sony Ericsson will have the same Snapdragon chipset as the HTC Sensation. As far as the rest of the specs go, we get a supposed 4.5 inch touchscreen that looks like qHD material and uses Sony Ericsson’s Mobile Bravia engine.
The really interesting aspect is the supposed 12 megapixel camera at the back, most likely with Exmor R backlit sensor. These have yet to be confirmed, as well as the 2500 mAh battery, but everything sounds peachy to me at this point, so let’s imagine that this model is real.
