If you’re that you’ll miss the latest smartphone in the XPERIA series, simply because you live in North America, don’t fret, as Rogers Canada has got your back. They’ll be selling Sony Ericsson XPERIA X10 starting Q2 2010 and it seems that they’ll be the first carrier to do so in NA.
We have no info on pricing, but what we can tell you is that this hot device comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 1 GHz processor, a 4 inch TFT capacitive touchscreen display (480 x 854 pixels), stereo speakers, 256 MB RAM, Android OS 1.6 (or later) and an 8 megapixel camera.
Said camera will support autofocus, touch focus, image stabilization, geotagging, face and smile detection and WVGA video recording @ 30 fps. The smartphone also includes an accelerometer, a microSD card slot, support for HSDPA 10.2 Mbps connectivity, WiFi, Bluetooth 2.1 with A2DP and A-GPS.
