Sony Ericsson’s first Android phone, XPERIA X3 (Rachael) became real 3 months ago, just as XPERIA X2 was getting confirmed and specced. Now, following a video of its UI being demoed recently, we’ve got the very first live picture of the device on our hands and you can check it out below.

This leak shows a pretty hot Android phone and word has it that this beauty will rely on the speedy Qualcomm QSD8250 Snapdragon 1 GHz CPU and it’ll also support WiFi and HSDPA connectivity.

A GPS receiver should also be on board, together with a 4 inch capacitive touchscreen display with a 852 x 480 pixels resolution and an 8 megapixel autofocus camera.
