The Sony Honami 20 megapixel cameraphone has leaked a bunch of times already, so we’re not surprised to see it hitting the web yet again. This time it all happens officially, as the pic you see here is a teaser of the device’s launch. Take this with a grain of salt, since it’s a “supposedly official” shot.
Taking place on September 4th at IFA 2013 in Berlin, the debut of this model will bring us a Sony G Lens BIONZ engine device with Snapdragon 800 CPU inside. The reason to take the teaser lightly is the fact that its design is different from what we’ve spotted in previous leaks. This time, the handset’s edges are more rounded, as they were on the Xperia Z Ultra, compared to the straight edges of the Xperia Z.
The picture also shows the right side of the phone, where we find the power button, flap and volume rocker. The power button is the trademark metallic Xperia button we’re already used to, while the device looks kind of pretty in purple, although I’m not sure that this will be the default colors. Will this steal the Galaxy Note 3’s spotlight in Berlin?
