Sony is preparing yet another batch of Xperias, this time higher end models, even higher end compared to the Xperia Z, at least in the CPU area. it appears that the Snapdragon 600 will finally debut on one of these devices.
So, here we go. We’ve got the SO-04E for NTT DoCoMo and the SOL22 for KDDI AU. The former is the Xperia A, codenamed Dogo, that will come this summer with a 4.6 inch HD display and a Snapdragon 600 CPU. Not sure if the display is HD or Full HD. Other specs include 2 GB of RAM, 32 GB of storage, a 2300 mAh battery and a water/dust resistant body. We’ve also got mobile wallet, One Seg connectivity and infrared.
The other model, Xperia UL is codenamed Gaga and also has good specs, that include a 5 inch 1080p display, Snapdragon 600 CPU, 2 GB of RAM, 32 GB of storage and a removable 2300 mAh battery. Basically, we’re dealing with two upgraded Xperia Z models, but the design will be the interesting part. And finally, there’s a new rumor about that 6.4 inch 1080p phablet dubbed Togari.
