New sightings of the Sony Xperia Z4 have happened today, as the handset has been certified in Indonesia, under a few codenames. The product got certified by Postel, the Indonesian authority that deals with certifications and such.

The device is codenamed E6533 in this case and judging by the fact the Xperia Z2 was codenamed D65xx and the Z3 D66xx, the pattern makes sense, I guess. The letter “D” stood for 2014 and “C” for 2013, so it’s time for “E”. Meanwhile, Sony’s portofolio includes a model called E5333 and E2353, with one of them speculated to be the followed up of the Xperia M2.

The E5333 sounds like a midranger, so it may be the Xperia Z4 Compact or maybe a new Ultra unit, who knows? Back to the Z4, last we heard, it was coming at MWC 2015, with a 5.2 inch Quad HD or Full HD display, 3 GB of RAM and a Snapdragon 805 or Snapdragon 810 CPU, as well as a new camera sensor.
