Sony Xperia Z5 has been caught in renders and hands on shots over the past week and today we also scored a video of it, albeit a short one, lasting a few seconds. The device is expected to be unveiled during a special event held by Sony on Wednesday.
It will have a 23 megapixel camera it seems, just like the Xperia Z5 Compact and Xperia Z5 Premium, also leaked recently. The French language hands on below shows us the typical Xperia format and PlayStation Network on the device and if my French is right, the guy in the clip is saying that this is the first handset with a 4K display, unbelievable as that may seem.
We’ve heard the Xperia Z5 Premium will sport such a screen, but this seems like a smaller model. Amidst all this confusion regarding the specs and features of the Xperia Z5 lineup, we’re only sure that it will have a Power button on the side with fingerprint scanner embedded. Just 3 days left till we find out more. Honestly speaking I wouldn’t like a 4K display here, since it would surely munch on the battery life.
