Sony Xperia ZU has been leaked in the past, but now we get a picture of its front side, with the huge handset being turned on. The device, formerly known as Togari and also known as the Xperia Z Ultra supports a Full HD resolution and may be unveiled on July 4th.
Specs remain a mystery, but this model is expected to run Android 4.2 and come with stylus capabilities, as shown by a press invitation sent recently to journalists. Sony teased an unveiling in France at the start of July and also included a pen in the invitation picture. Last I heard, the ZU was coming with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 CPU a 2.2 GHz, 2 GB of RAM and an 8 megapixel camera at the back.
We’ll also get 16 GB of storage, possibly some special apps related to the stylus and hopefully a lag-free interface. It will be nice to see this model battling the Galaxy Note 3 this fall and there’s no telling who will win…
