Spice Mobile launched a low cost handset yesterday, the Spice S-590 phone, that features a camera with support for video recording, a 1.8 inch screen with a 128 x 116 pixels resolution, an MP3 player and FM radio with audio recording.
There’s also a torch function, a Mobile tracker, call blacklist and SMS scheduler on the specs list, plus a expandable memory of up to 2 GB and a 3D user interface. The main selling point of the device is its unique VAS voice prompt application, known as Popat.
Spice S-590 also comes with the Nimbuzz app, that allows users to stay logged in all IM accounts at the same time and the MGurujee app that informs clients about the competitive exams they can take (CAT, MAT, CBSE etc).
