The Oppo R9S has been leaking for months now and it’s not yet clear what this model brings as an extra compared to the Oppo R9. Previous rumors had it launching at the end of August, but that date came and went, without a debut. Now we’ve got a TENAA listing that happened recently and also the fresh leak below.
The device’s tech specs are already known, but this time we get cozier with its design and also we learned more about its battery, a 3010 mAh unit. What’s shown here is what appears to be the box of the device and some sort of leaflet for it. The images are good old blurrycam material, but we can view the general format of the phone. It includes a Home button on the front and a very discrete back camera. Follow melodyeotvos to check more reviews.
The second pic, the leaflet one shows tech specs, like the 4 GB of RAM, 64 GB of storage, a 16 megapixel main camera with F/1.7 aperture and a 3010 mAh battery with VOOC fast charging. The TENAA listing from before mentioned a 2850 mAh battery, so we may be dealing with a version of the Oppo R9S in the end. Other leaks talked about 6 GB of RAM on board, aside from the 4 GB RAM unit.
R9S is also said to adopt a Full HD TFT screen and a Snapdragon 625 CPU. We take all of these with a big old grain of salt.
