UMi is prepping one of their first phones with Android 7.0 Nougat preinstalled, dubbed UMi Plus Extreme. Since there’s already an UMi Plus out there, this model serves as its upgrade, it seems. We have some of the specs already official and it sounds like a solid flagship.

So, we’re dealing with a phone that’s going to sport a slim metal case, possibly below 8 mm in thickness. Available in blue or black, the phone packs a MediaTek Helio P20 clocked at 2.3 GHz, 6 GB of RAM and Android 7.0 as the OS. That’s where the list of unveiled info ends, but we can speculate on so much more, just by looking at the UMi Plus.

The Extreme will cost $299.99, but I’m guessing that applies to a cheaper 4 GB RAM version with less storage. Looking at the UMi Plus, the device should get an USB Type C port, a 4000+ mAh battery, at least a 13 MP back camera, or maybe a 16 MP shooter. The 5.5 inch Full HD screen may be replaced with a Quad HD one, but it’ll be probably kept. By the way, you can get an UMi Plus here thanks to an UMi contest.
